My experience at HARP will be one I am forever grateful for. I had been to several rehabs, all of which were based in a hospital/clinical setting and I was taught absolutely nothing about the disease of addiction or more importantly how to live a life free from it. I was not met with compassion or understanding in these institutions, if anything I was met with the same stigma that stops those still suffering from reaching out for help. After another unsuccessful attempt at recovery, I called Hills & Ranges. The admissions team were so understanding as I stressed the urgency for an admission and they got me in the very next day. From day one I was met with caring and highly qualified staff and was delivered the most informative addiction curriculum. This curriculum and the Hills & Ranges team gave me all the necessary tools to completely transform myself and my life. Over the last 7 weeks, hills and ranges has provided me with a program and the knowledge to be able to live a clean and sober life. Through out my stay I was well looked after with sensational meals and support while being nestled safely away in the beautiful Dandenong ranges.

What a wonderful experience. From the very first phone call I was cared for and headed in the right direction. I can not fault Hills & Ranges Private in any aspect from their beautiful chalet to the delicious meals and physical therapy support. The education program is the stand out highlight from my stay including a great mentor and counsellors. I have returned to my family continuing the program and utilizing the tools I have been given and it shows in every aspect. The continued follow up care is outstanding as you are not just a number you are a real person and this is reflected even once you leave your stay in the chalet. I highly recommend this facility for yourself or a loved one.

This is one of the best treatment centers that I have had the experience working with. As the Mum of someone who struggled with addiction for many years, I appreciate their willingness and desire to keep the family involved and informed as much as they are able. The staff are not only cool, but engaged and a wealth of information no matter who I’ve spoken with. Their facilities are beautiful too, who wouldn’t enjoy being in such a beautiful space!?
