In this role, he facilitates daily therapeutic groups, provides individual counselling sessions, and supports clients in developing structured exit plans and relapse prevention strategies tailored to their personal circumstances. He works collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the program is delivered in alignment with trauma-informed and biopsychosocial principles, guiding clients from insight and stabilisation through to practical recovery planning and long-term behavioural change.
