Head Chef at HARP since January 2023, responsible for menu planning, and the creation and execution of meals for all in-house guests, whilst taking into consideration all nutrition and dietary requirements. His knowledge and ability to bring many different cuisines to life provides guests with a comforting and exciting culinary experience.

With 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and 7 years of experience as a Head Chef, Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, along with Certificate III in Patisserie and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
