Michelle runs the meditation sessions at HARP, bringing warmth, depth, and therapeutic insight into the meditation space. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where people feel supported to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

With a background in hypnosis, strategic psychotherapy, holistic counselling, and energy healing, Michelle’s approach is both grounded and transformative. Her guided meditations are gentle yet powerful, weaving together breath connection, guided imagery, body awareness, and metaphor-rich journeys.

Michelle focuses on calming the nervous system, easing anxiety, building emotional resilience, and strengthening self-worth. Through practices such as body scans, visualisations, colour breathing, and inner resource development, she supports participants to access a deeper sense of stability, clarity, and inner stillness — cultivating wellbeing that extends beyond the meditation room.
