Brodie Atkins is the Head Personal Trainer at HARP, responsible for delivering structured and results-driven health and fitness programs that support both physical wellbeing and mental resilience. He holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness, is NDIS qualified, and maintains current First Aid and CPR accreditation.

Brodie designs expertly programmed training sessions that integrate resistance training, boxing techniques, mobility work, and cardiovascular conditioning. His approach extends beyond physical fitness, focusing on building routine, discipline, confidence, and mental clarity. Through structured morning sessions, he aims to help clients begin their day feeling strong, accomplished, and energised, while supporting overall mental health and recovery outcomes.
