1. Join the HARP Health Network
Register your practice with the HARP Health Network, a professional network connecting GPs, specialists and allied-health professionals with HARP’s residential rehabilitation programs. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes — simply provide your practice and contact details so we can confirm eligibility and set you up with everything needed to participate.Once registered, you’ll receive an approved HARP information stand, pre-designed with current, compliant content and branding. Position it somewhere reasonably visible in your clinic — reception or waiting area works well — and keep it displayed for at least 30 consecutive days during the promotional period. If asked, you may be required to provide simple evidence of display, such as a dated photo or written confirmation from your practice manager (with no patient information included).
2. Display an approved HARP information stand
Once registered, you’ll receive an approved HARP information stand, pre-designed with current, compliant content and branding. Position it somewhere reasonably visible in your clinic — reception or waiting area works well — and keep it displayed for at least 30 consecutive days during the promotional period. If asked, you may be required to provide simple evidence of display, such as a dated photo or written confirmation from your practice manager (with no patient information included).
3. Your clinic goes into the draw
Once your registration and 30-day display period are confirmed, your clinic is entered into the prize draw. Entries are capped at one per participating clinic location, regardless of how many healthcare professionals work there, so if more than one person at your practice wants to take part, you’ll need to nominate a single entrant.
4. One lucky practice wins
A winner is drawn at random from all valid entries, with every eligible clinic given an equal chance regardless of practice size or location. The provisional winner is verified before the prize is confirmed and announced.
