AS FEATURE IN
When Life Needs a Reset
Burnout doesn’t always look like exhaustion. For high-functioning professionals, it can look like still delivering — while everything underneath feels unsustainable. Chronic stress, disrupted sleep, rising anxiety, and a widening gap between work and everything else are common precursors, not personal failures.
If this sounds familiar, a confidential conversation is a reasonable next step — not a last resort.
A Structured Programme for Real Recovery
HARP’s programme combines clinical and therapeutic support to address burnout, chronic stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing together — not just the symptoms that are easiest to see. Every client begins with a personalised plan, developed with our multidisciplinary team and adjusted throughout their stay.
Where appropriate, our trauma-informed clinicians also work with underlying stress responses that keep the nervous system in a heightened state long after the workday ends — helping build the kind of emotional resilience that holds up once you’re back in your normal environment.
A Premium, Discreet Residential Setting
Nestled in the Dandenong Ranges, HARP’s facilities were selected for privacy and natural surrounds. Sassafras Manor is our most exclusive residence, accepting a maximum of four clients per month for a fully private, executive-level experience. Olinda Chalet offers a broader residential wellbeing retreat for up to eight clients, across a triple-storey chalet with its own gym and spa facilities.
Every stay includes a 2:1 staff-to-client ratio, private chef-prepared meals, and complementary therapies — personal training, yoga, meditation, massage, and acupuncture — integrated alongside clinical sessions addressing stress, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.
A Multidisciplinary Team, Around You
Every client is supported by a coordinated clinical team, not a single practitioner. Our programme facilitators lead your day-to-day structure; our psychologists and counsellors work with you on stress, anxiety, sleep and emotional resilience; and our medical and allied health team support your physical wellbeing throughout your stay.
Support That Doesn’t End at Discharge
Sustained change happens after you leave, not just during your stay. HARP+ Aftercare places you in daily contact with your counsellor and psychologist from the day you complete your programme, with a tailored plan for maintaining emotional resilience once you’re back in your normal routine.

Yes. Discretion is built into every part of our process, from your first enquiry through to your stay and aftercare.
Our programme addresses burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, sleep disruption and work-life imbalance together, since they typically compound one another rather than occurring in isolation.
Where relevant, our clinicians take a trauma-informed approach to underlying stress responses. This sits alongside — not instead of — support for the presenting issue that brought you to us.
